Chairman of the Committee on European Integration Hryhorii Nemyria met with Germany Bundestag delegation headed by Guenther Krichbaum, the Bundestag's EU Committee Chair

The Parties discussed current developments in Ukraine and attached special attention to the increased instability and escalation in the eastern regions of Ukraine.

In this connection, Guenther Krichbaum claimed that Germany does not recognize occupation and annexation of Crimea and condemns escalation in the east and south Ukraine. Germany supports Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.

Hryhorii Nemyria thanked German parliamentarians for the support and stressed importance of using all available instruments by the democratic world in order to stop Russian aggression against Ukraine.
